Shipping

Forplay ® uses Federal Express and other shipping methods as necessary.

1. Some FedEx packages, depending on the shipment method, may be subject to rates based on package dimension and not solely based on weight.

2. Some charges may be passed along to our customers including shipments that require a signature upon delivery and/or shipments made to home based businesses.

All orders placed before 2:00 PM (PST) will be shipped within 3 business days. Forplay ® also offers shipping upgrades including "Express Saver", "2nd Day" "Overnight", and "Priority Overnight" delivery services upon request. Orders that require shipping upgrades must be submitted before 11:00 AM (PST). International accounts may provide additional freight services, if required.
